Jessica joined Whitelaw McDonald Lawyers in early 2024, bringing valuable experience and expertise in wills and estates and estate litigation to the team.
With a commercial law background, working on large corporate transactions, trust establishment and variations, and other legal issues, Jessica approaches estates with a broader view of wealth and succession planning to address whatever complex and diverse scenario that is thrown at her. Jessica is passionate about estate and trusts law, and loves helping her clients achieve peace of mind and security for their future.
Jessica prides herself on being a people person and making the challenging times in a person’s life, such as the loss of a family member, as simple and pain free as possible. If you are administering an estate or disputing an estate, Jessica works to anticipate issues before they arise to always stay one step ahead.
Jessica was nationally recognised in 2024 as a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards and is currently completing her Masters in Applied Law, majoring in Wills and Estates.
When Jess manages to pull herself away from work and study, she keeps herself busy volunteering for not-for-profits and spoiling her two giant fur babies.
