About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused TPD Lawyer to join our growing plaintiff personal injury practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful matters, helping clients secure their financial future following life-changing injuries or illness.
You will manage a caseload of Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) and income protection claims from inception through to resolution, working closely with clients, insurers, and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of TPD and income protection claims
Provide clear, empathetic advice to clients regarding their entitlements
Draft claims, submissions, and legal correspondence
Liaise with insurers, superannuation funds, and medical experts
Negotiate settlements and, where necessary, prepare matters for litigation
Maintain accurate file management and case progress reporting

About You
Admitted as a Lawyer in NSW with a current practising certificate
2+ years’ experience in TPD, plaintiff insurance, or personal injury law
Strong understanding of superannuation and insurance claims processes
Excellent communication and client care skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
A compassionate, client-first approach
