Since her admission as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of NSW in September 2020, Janice has chosen to practice law solely in Wills and Estates. She has significant experience in all aspects of estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. Janice is well versed in preparing wills and other estate planning documents, obtaining Supreme Court grants of probate / letters of administration and the administration of estates. Janice has also represented both estates and claimants in estate litigation including in family provisions claims and taking of account claims.

Before her admission as a lawyer, Janice had successful careers in the Australian Federal Police and NSW Department of Communities and Justice and in addition to her legal qualifications, holds degrees in Psychology and Justice Administration. Janice’s unique combination of professional work experience and education allows her to bring a realistic and solution focused perspective to your wills and estates legal problem. Janice prides herself on clear communication and the ability to work closely with her clients.

Janice when not in the office can be found spending time with family and friends, enjoying the local Central Coast beaches, national parks and supporting the Central Coast Crusaders Basketball teams.
