Katherine is a personable and passionate member of the team who has over 15 years of dedicated personal injury law experience.

Katherine has extensive experience in representing injured clients in the areas of medical negligence, workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, public liability, and total and permanent disability claims. Katherine has represented injured workers across many industries including coal miners, volunteers and emergency service workers.

During her time in practice Katherine has represented thousands of clients from early settlement discussions through to taking court judgments and subsequent appeals to the Supreme Court. Katherine’s experience includes being the first lawyer to have a matter heard by the Court of Appeal in Newcastle when that Court first sat in Newcastle in 2018. She has a wealth of experience in preparing a case with a high level of detail and obtaining successful outcomes for her clients.

Katherine is fluent in Macedonian and has a keen interest in helping clients with simple explanations of the legal process, including those whose English skills are limited, to make sure the interests of her clients are always protected.

Her dedication and commitment to personal injury law has always driven her to obtain the best possible result for her clients and their families.
